Day by Day

  Today we went with Jessi, Wesley and Lewis to the Academy of Science in Golden Gate Park.     We had a great time seeing the rainforest, the aquarium and other delights, and came home excited and we are doing our laundry now.     Tonight, we will watch another episode of Vera.

  Yesterday I walked with Deb and we went to a new place for tea.     It was fun.     Today Bill and I walked to College Avenue and got money out for the cleaners, then returned home.     At 11:45 Jessi came over with dinner for us.     We went to McDonald’s for lunch for a treat.     We are having salmon for dinner tonight.     I watched a movie after lunch.     We’ll watch another episode of Vera tonight.

Yesterday I walked with Marianne then Bill and I went to SVS and Bill had his shots.     He feels pretty bad today.     We took a walk to Mrs. Dalloway’s then he has been taking aspirin and resting.     I’m going to watch the monitor for Jessi tonight at 7:45 so she and Scott can go to a school meeting.  

  Today we had a wonderful brunch with Scott, Jessi and Wesley and Lewis, and she gave me a pillow with my 5 grandchildren’s names and Birthdays on it.     I got her things from Philippa Roberts.     We also received flowers from John and Ofelia and flowers from Nate, Jess and Auggie.     Tomorrow, we leave early for Petaluma at 10 am for a walk and then a brunch at 1:30. What an embarrassment of riches!     I am so lucky!

  Yesterday we went with Scott, Jessi and the Kids to the Zoo at 2 pm and had a nice time.     We saw all the stuff on the gondola and a few other things, like the lions and elephants, and the boys were tired after.     Today we took a walk after the rain stopped and then did some stuff online and then played scrabble.     I lost as usual.     Tonight, we will watch the final episode of Lynley then move onto another series, possibly Vera.

  Today we Had to get up early so the Orkin guy could came at 7 am.     Yesterday our power was out so we froze until we asked Deb if we could go there to get warm.     She was happy to have us.     Then, at 11:30 am, the power came back on and we went out to lunch, after Deb and I had taken a walk.     That afternoon I watched a movie and then after dinner we watched the Inspector Lynley series.     Two episodes.     Today I went for a walk with Marianne.     Then Bill and I had lunch and then I read.     Tonight, we are watching the Lynley series again.
